Professional reports are prepared using Total & Sketch software and may vary from 5 pages to 40
No appraisal will be released to anyone other than the original client unless expressly permitted.
If your appraisal was ordered by a lender, XML and PDF files will most likely be uploaded to their online electronic document information system or to the CoreLogic Mercury Network EDI system.
Hardcopies may be requested for an additional charge and may be personally delivered, sent via various mail services, or faxed.
Reports are delivered as an Adobe Acrobat PDF file sent via email

• Purpose: Why you desire the appraisal and what it is to be used for.

• Has the property been listed for sale in the past 36 months privately or with an agent?
